Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect emails from one e-mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your mailbox accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mail accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox you wish to forward messages from, then select the destination email box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest.
